Consultations with the Doctor, Nurse and Phlebotonist are by appointment.  Please telephone to make and appointment.  In the case of an emergency, you will be seen without appointment, but it is better if you can ring ahead, so that we can ensure you are seen as quickly as possible.  We ask for the understanding of others waiting when we are running behind due to emergencies and unexpected delays.  Your patience and consideration is appreciated.

Please request your prescription 48 hrs in advance

Written requests for medications result in fewer errors and is therefore safer for patients. You can also request your prescription by emailing your request to millparkmedicalprescriptions@protonmail.com.   You will need to nominate your chosen pharmacy to allow us to send your prescription by secure email to the pharmacy of your choice.

A sickness certificate which has been agreed by the GP,  can be collected at Reception.  For repeat social welfare sickness certificates, you can email your request to millparkmedicalsickcerts@protonmail.com

House calls can only be arranged by prior agreement with the GP.  It is generally better to be seen in the Surgery where there is a full range of facilities and it is also a much more efficient use of time (which is limited).  However, if a house call is necessary e.g., in cases of palliative care or similar instances, then a house call will be facilitated.  As much notice as possible is appreciated.

You will be informed as to how long you will need to wait to get your blood results.

Please ring on the appointed day/time.

Please call to Reception to complete an application to join.  We will contact you within a short period following receipt of form.

When the practice is closed, please ring Caredoc at 0818300365.

If you have a medical emergency, please ring an ambulance at 112 or 999, or visit the local Accident & Emergency Department at Wexford General Hospital

On Thursday afternoons, our practice is closed and we are covered for emergencies by Court St Medical Centre 053-9235697. (behind McCauley’s pharmacy).  Your cooperation in reserving these services for urgent matters is appreciated.

Fees are settled at the time of the visit.  Please check-in and pay at Reception on arrival at the Surgery.  We accept cash, cheques, visa and credit cards.  We thank you for your cooperation and support.

Due to the very large volume of requests for forms and letters to be completed by the G.P., there is a waiting time of up to two weeks for this service.  Please leave in your form to Reception who will advise regarding any fees.
